Marinated Shrimp

(Prepare 24 hours ahead of serving.)

1/4 C Wesson oil
2 T lemon juice
1/2 C minced parsley
1 t garlic
4 T horseradish
2 T vinegar
3 medium onions, sliced
2 lbs boiled shrimp

Mix all together and place in covered container in refrigerator. Toss often to encourage marinating.

Serve 24 hours later!
